Usage Directions For Drontal

Drontal for Cats is available in different packs for weight-appropriate dosage in cats of different sizes. Check your cat’s weight and get the pack that is appropriate for their bodyweight.
Treat your cat with Drontal Tablets every three months. Alternatively, you can treat your cat at the beginning of every season.
In hydatid tapeworm-infested locations, treat your cat every 6 weeks.
For kittens, treat at 6, 8, and 12 weeks of age, and every 3 months thereafter.
It is also recommended to reduce the environmental contamination by disposing of droppings daily and removing tapeworm intermediate hosts, e.g., fleas.
If present, worms may not appear in droppings immediately after treatment, or for up to 48 hours after treatment.
