When used as recommended, Frontline Plus spot-on treatment:
Frontline Plus contains two active ingredients: Fipronil and (S)-methoprene. Both these ingredients spread from the single point of application and rapidly cover the cat’s entire coat. Frontline Plus localizes onto the skin and hair coat, where it keeps working continuously even if your cat gets wet. When fleas, ticks and chewing lice come into contact with the treated cat, they get killed. These nasty parasites do not have to bite your cat in order to die.
