Milprazon for cats is an easy-to-administer, broad-spectrum worm treatment for cats. The oral formula is useful in the treatment of various species of both immature and adult tapeworms and roundworms.
Composed of milbemycin oxime and praziquantel, Milprazon for cats treats different species of Tapeworms (Cestodes) including Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., and Echinococcus multilocularis. At the same time, these tablets treat two varieties of roundworms such as Ancylostoma tubaeforme and Toxocara cati. Milprazon is also indicated for the prevention of heartworm infections if concomitant tapeworm treatment is also suggested.
Milprazon worm treatment for cats is recommended for use in 6 weeks and older kittens and cats that weigh at least 1.1lbs (0.5kg). These tablets can be used in breeding cats including pregnant and lactating cats.
