NexGard Combo contains three active ingredients: Esafoxolaner, eprinomectin, and praziquantel. Esafoxolaner causes hyperexcitation in parasites and causes their death, eprinomectin causes paralysis and death in parasites, and praziquantel shows high efficacy against tapeworms.
